Kyamuhunga tea company has been certified by ISO (International Organization for Standardization) with ISO 22000:2005 which guarantees the quality, efficiency and safety of both the environment and products of the company on an international spectrum. The Phytosanitary Inspection Services by the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries (Uganda) and the Uganda Export Promotions Board also guarantee the same but on a local level.
